These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern conversational SMS/text messaging communications provided by Chain Reaction Motorcycle School (“Chain Reaction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Chain Reaction Motorcycle School, you agree to receive conversational messages related to your interactions with us and to these Terms and Conditions.
SMS Messaging Service
Our SMS messaging program is used for conversational messages only. Messages are intended for direct, two-way conversations between you and Chain Reaction Motorcycle School in response to or as part of your interaction with us.
We do not use this conversational SMS program for promotional or marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Chain Reaction Motorcycle School.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your conversation with us. On average, you may receive approximately 1–2 messages per month.
Chain Reaction Motorcycle School and participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.
You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving SMS/text messages.
Opting In
You may opt in to receive conversational SMS/text messages by initiating a text conversation with Chain Reaction Motorcycle School, requesting that we contact you by text, or otherwise providing consent to communicate with you by SMS.
By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile phone number provided and consent to receive conversational messages from Chain Reaction Motorcycle School at that number.
Cancellation and Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you.
After you reply STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you later provide consent again.
